Refund policy

Refunds/Exchanges:

If there is any issue with your order, please send an email with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds are available within 48 hours of package receival. Exchanges are available within 72 hours of package receival. The original package must be sent back within one week for exchange to be honored. After 72 hours, the sale will be FINAL. 

Broken/Damaged package:

If you receive a broken or incorrect item, please send an email to 42natovida@gmail.com with your order number, a picture of the broken/incorrect item. This will be handled ASAP. 

Cancel Order: 

Cancelling an order will be available for only 24 hours. Any issue with the order after 24 hours must be handled through a refund/exchange or addressed via email.
